Pedro Point events — the next few days
The Ocean Shore Railroad's Tobin station stood at Pedro Point until the 1920 bust — the right-of-way became the coast highway.
Devil's Slide next door closed the old road for good in 2013; the Tom Lantos Tunnels and a clifftop trail took its place.
