Outer Sunset events — the next few days

Until the early 1900s this was all rolling sand dunes — maps labeled it the 'Outside Lands.'

The Outer Sunset's rows of pastel stucco houses were largely built by Henry Doelger in the 1930s-40s — at one point he was completing two houses a day.
